The wire rod shot blast machine is a specialized machine for blasting wire rods. It uses the shot blasting type to remove the oxide scale and scale layer on the surface of the parts. After the wire rods are blasted by shot blasting, the surface rust removal grade reaches Sa2.0 - 2.5 level, and there are no scratches inside and outside, which is uniform. Compared to the acid washing method, it has the characteristics of economy, environmental protection and high efficiency.

The main parts of the Shotblasting machines for continuous wire and single bars include the pre-straightening machine, blasting chamber, wire rod guiding device,blast wheel, shot circulation system (including elevator, separator, screw conveyor and flow adjustment device), blowing device, dust removal system, and electrical control system. These parts work together to use the four high-speed blast streams produced by the blast wheel to strike the surface of the moving wire rods, removing the rust layer and oxide scale on them, thus achieving a clean metal surface. The blasted surface has no residual iron oxide scale, and the workpiece surface presents the original metal color.

【Main Function】

●Blast chamber: It is a large-volume plate-type chamber-shaped welded structure. The inner walls of the chamber are lined with wear-resistant protective plates. The blasting procedure is carried out in a sealed chamber.

●Wear-resistant protective plate: protects the inner wall plates from wear and tear, in order to extending the service life of the chamber.

●Make full use of the rebound function of the shot, continue to effectively strike the surface of the wire , which is beneficial to improving the cleaning quality and efficiency.

●The blast chamber is equipped with a spacious maintenance door, which is easy for maintenance and replacement .Above the door, there is a safety interlock switch. The blast wheel can only be started after the door is closed.

●The indoor wear-resistant protective plates adopt wear-resistant covering cast nuts and bolted connections. This design type results in less damage to the bolt heads and makes the disassembly, installation and replacement process convenient.

●It is equipped with scientifically designed blast wheels, which can ensure that each cross-section of the wire rod can undergo more than two rounds of blasting, thereby preventing the formation of both the concave and convex surfaces.
