It realizes one-stop continuous processing of steel parts, from surface pretreatment to final coating molding, avoiding the trouble of multiple part handling and transferring, and improving the continuity and automation level of production.
Shot Recovery & Dust Purification System
The steel plate shot blast machine is equipped with a complete closed-loop shot recovery and dust removal system, realizing efficient recycling of shots and green environmental protection of production, in line with industrial environmental protection requirements.
After the shot blasting operation, the residual shots and rust dust on the steel surface are thoroughly purged by a special purging device to avoid residue affecting subsequent processes. The scattered projectile-rust mixture is collected and transported intensively through the recovery screw, vertical screw conveyor and horizontal screw conveyor, and gathered at the lower part of the material elevator. The elevator lifts the mixture to the high-efficiency separator at the upper part of the machine; after screening and separation, pure high-quality shots fall into the separator hopper smoothly, re-entering the shot blasting cycle for reuse, which greatly reduces the consumption of shots.
The dust generated during the shot blasting process is collected in a centralized manner through a dedicated exhaust pipe and transported to the supporting dust removal system for multi-stage purification. After filtration and purification treatment, clean gas that meets environmental protection standards is discharged into the atmosphere safely, while granular dust and impurities are captured and collected uniformly for centralized processing. This closed-loop system not only keeps the workshop environment clean and dust-free, but also realizes resource recycling, making the roller table shot blasting machine a green and efficient surface treatment machine for modern industrial production.
